Meet Em!
Hi! I'm Em,
I am a Mum of two beautiful kids, a wife, and passionate baker, decorator and teacher based in Launceston, Tasmania.
I started Emmaculate Bakes in 2021 as I loved creating beautiful and delicious cakes, cupcakes and other treats for special celebrations. I had been making cakes for friends and family for years whilst I was studying Law and I decided to bring that passion to the forefront and pursue it as a career.
Since then, I have expanded to offering hands on cake, cupcake, cookie and macaron classes in Launceston. I am all about teaching people the tips, tricks and techniques to perfect their baking experience at home. I have truly found my passion in teaching others.

I am so excited for what is to come for Emmaculate Bakes. I hope to help others, in Launceston and beyond, find their passion in baking and decorating, or just help them have some relaxing fun whilst we create together.
2021
Emmaculate Bakes is a home bakery that was born out of passion and dedication. Whilst 6 months pregnant with her second child, Em left her career in law to spend more time with her family. Em then started baking for friends and family and she quickly gained a reputation for her delicious treats. In April, she officially became a registered home baker with her local Council, bringing her delectable creations to even more people.

2024
Em's passion for cake artistry took her to new heights. In 2024, she was a Rising Star Finalist at the Australasian Cake Oscar Awards.

2024 also saw an expansion of Emmaculate Bakes when Em taught her first hands on class. We now offer a large variety of hands on classes throughout the year.
2022
Emmaculate Bakes was steadily growing, with a presence at expos, national conferences, and even pop-up shops. Em's dedication to quality and innovation was paying off. With every event, Emmaculate Bakes has gathered more and more loyal followers who still purchase their treats each year.
