In this class, you will:
• Complete an interactive macaron baking session (focusing on techniques such as meringue structure, macronaging and piping).
• Master filling a piping bag, fit piping tips, and control pressure for perfect piping.
• Work with several fillings and tips.
• Learn the art of coloring macarons and tips.
• Learn how to troubleshoot your macaron baking when things go wrong.
What’s included:
• All the essential tools for macaron making, including delicious fillings to choose from and decorating equipment.
• A grazing platter with refreshing non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy throughout the class.
• An apron will be provided for use during the class.
What you'll take home:
• Your beautifully baked macarons (approx 25 to 30) and fillings (worth approximately $90) to proudly eat with your friends and family!
• Macaron and filling recipes.
• VIPs will get a FREE silicon macaron mat! VIPs are only eligible if signed up prior to purchasing this class.
